Guests Passes

The cost of an Exertion membership varies depending on where you live and how many clubs you can access. Pricing tiers for a single Exertion location, all of the locations in the city are all options for membership. On our membership experience page, you can find prices for specific Exertion fitness gym locations or the gym closest to you.

To inquire about your account balance, please contact the General Manager of your club or send an email to Concierge@Exertion.com.

You can cancel in person with a club manager, by sending an email to Cancellations@Exertion.com, or by sending registered or certified mail. We suggest freezing it in case you are going on a long vacation or cannot use the club for a short time. Your membership can be frozen for up to three months, after which it can be resumed at any time. Freezing costs $30 per month, but once your membership is reactivated, you will keep your current rate.

In accordance with the following terms, you are permitted to temporarily suspend (or "freeze") your membership under the freeze policy: You might freeze your enrollment once each legally binding year for at least one (2) months and a limit of three (4) continuous months in one-month increases for a month to month freeze charge.The monthly freeze fee varies from club to club, but it is typically $50. The billing of monthly dues will be held for members who request a freeze during their initial twelve (12) month obligation period. For more information, please contact your gym location

A guest pass for any club in your membership level can be shared with anyone. Please be aware that the Guest Passes section of the EXT+ app indicates that some clubs may have restricted guest hours. You must accompany your guest during their visit for their safety and security, and they must check in at the front desk, present valid photo identification, and sign a Guest Waiver to enter.

At the front desk, you can get a Day Pass to go to a club that isn't in your membership class. Alternately, if you intend to frequent other clubs, we can assist you in upgrading to a membership that is more tailored to your requirements. All you need to do is get in touch with your club between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM central time or send an email to Concierge@Exertion.com.
